Dismantling / cleaning / drying / blowing Can't boot from any of the Advanced Startup Options (F8) On the bad, regardless of the disk I use: After trying to repair startup with a repair disk and a repair usb, it always hits the Windows logo, then black screen with non-functional blinking cursor. The bad one booted right up on the good laptop, so it's not the disk. I finally tried swapping out the SSD with the good laptop's. One is fine, so I have been using it to troubleshoot the other. So, someone spilled tea (no sweetener) onto 2 laptops. I think I have to replace the motherboard, but wanted to see if anyone had suggestions I haven't tried yet.
